Execution and support of essential daily grounds and maintenance upkeep, preventative maintenance, and monthly turnover for 206 residential units.

Position is currently part-time with the potential to be full-time January 1, 2020.


Duties and Responsibilities

Resident & Guest Experience

        Grounds/Curb Appeal

o   Sidewalk clean-up

o   Snow removal

o   Weeding

o   Power washing

        Flower & Plant Maintenance

o   Watering & Weeding



  Dog Park

        Dumpster Transportation

        Window Washing 1st floors only

        Garage Upkeep

o   Litter clean-up

o   Moving cart organization and cleanliness

o   Parking Space Audits

o   Trash room organization and cleanliness

  •  Light Maintenance

o   Common areas

o   Grounds

o   In-unit work orders

o   Preventive maintenance

  • Common Area Painting

o   Wall Touch-ups

o   Moving Areas

o   Metal Doors

        Turnover Maintenance & Painting

        Emergency Response

        Participation in On-Call Rotation

        Special Projects/Tasks as Assigned









  Mobile Device Work Order Platform

  Software and Building Systems Knowledge (PM software, AV, security, etc.

Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications



Completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent


Experience and/or Training


2 years of relevant experience preferred

Organized self-starter and motivated, with strong work ethic, excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Maintenance or similar field experience preferred





Any other technical or professional requirements necessary to do the job


Extended hours for turnover work may be necessary


Pay Range:  $18-$20 /hour DOE
