Greco is an award-winning company seeking a Property Accountant to work closely with the VP-Controller to provide top notch reporting to our owners, investors, and management teams. We are seeking a self-starter who is responsive, engaged, detail oriented and accountable as well as highly organized.

    • Invoice/Purchase Order Processing
    • Credit Card Statement Processing
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Journal Entries
    • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
    • Monthly Financial Statement Preparation including detailed actual to budget variance report commenting
    • Annual Operating Budget Preparation
    • Annual CAM Budgets/Reconciliations
  • Resident Administration
    • Resident Data Management
    • Property Management Software Data Entry
    • Record Resident Move Ins/Move Outs/Transfers/Renewals
  • Administrative
    • Scanning and Saving Documents
    • Misc Spreadsheet Upkeep
  • Office Operations
    • Sort Mail
    • Office Supply Coordination
    • General Office Upkeep
  • Special Projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements and/or Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of 4 years of college with a bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Property Management experience a plus but not required
  • Yardi experience a plus but not required
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multi task
  • Attention to detail
