We are looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor for a diverse and unique community of guests living in a vibrant community in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. Greco Properties is looking for a professional person who is outgoing, vibrant, engaging, hardworking, efficient, and who is very detail oriented to join our team. Micro managers, we are not.  Therefore, we seek a self-starter who is responsive, engaged, and accountable as well as highly organized.

The Guest Experience Supervisor will be the face of the property for all of our guests.  They will oversee a variety of tasks to ensure the highest level of customer service in all guest relations, including but not limited to coordinating the details of the turnover process and promoting a strong sense of Community.

Minimum Responsibilities

The essential function is to assist the General Manager in ensuring all Guests are 100% satisfied from before they move in to the day they move out by consistently delivering enthusiastic and gracious service.

  • Coordinate the resident move-in experience from application to post-move-in
  • Organize on and off-site social events
  • Support Sales and Leasing
  • Maintain responsive and courteous communication with the residents, applicants, co-workers and vendors.
  • Manage all the day to day administration and organizational duties and tasks as assigned
  • Monitor and sort all incoming and outgoing packages and parcels
  • Respond and take action to resolve any issue impacting the regular day to day operations
  • Manage in-unit Housekeeping services
  • Contribute innovative ideas to the team for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction
  • Post relevant content on Social Media
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Professional, team player, dependable, outgoing, engaging with a positive attitude
  • Highly effective communicator
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, detailed, organized and innovative
  • 3 years of related experience in a professional office and/or hospitality environment
  • Due to the nature of our business, weekend, holiday, and/or evening hours may be required
  • Typical schedule is Tuesdays through Saturdays each week
