Greco is an award-winning company seeking an Asset Manager to work closely with the President and VP of Operations as we roll out Greco's growth and operational strategy. You will be a key decision maker involved in the management of our current stabilized portfolio of projects as well as new development projects. The Asset Manager will assist in the oversight of property management and assist in the execution of new project development and acquisitions for Greco. 

Asset Management Roles

  • Oversee portfolio financial health: assist in the development and execution of annual growth strategy
    • Monthly and annual financial reviews
    • Monitor and report on weekly KPI's for stabilized and development projects
    • Assist in annual budget compilation for management portfolio and drive NOI growth
    • Annual real estate tax review and analysis
    • Create, model and forecast portfolio performance analytics to direct operating decisions
    • Retail/commercial space review, CAM reconciliations, tenant negotiations
  • Portfolio CAPEX review and oversight
    • Propose and manage annual value-add improvements for projects under management
  • Work with Vice President of Operations on property operations oversight
    • Brand management and enhancement
    • Identify and assess operational efficiencies
    • Strategy development and follow through

Real Estate Development Roles

  • Development
    • Due diligence coordination for new project development and disposition
    • Project underwriting and feasibility analysis
    • New project strategy development and support
    • Market analysis
  • Acquisitions 
    • Assist in identifying and underwriting of acquisition opportunities 

Investor Relations

  • Distributions
    • Project distribution management for owned assets
    • Annual cash flow and distribution schedule creation
  • Investor Updates
    • Correspond with project owners and institutional partners on an as needed basis; i.e. conference calls, e-mail or letter
    • Partner meeting cordination 
  • Special Projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements and/or Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of 4 years of college with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate or business (required)
  • MBA (preferred)
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the business or real estate field
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and telephone skills
  • Must be able to work independently, identify next steps and take action with little supervision
  • Must have advanced ability in pro-forma modeling to meet industry and lender requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements
