Greco is an award-winning company seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage the execution of our portfolio's various and unique marketing strategies. You will be part of a dynamic, nimble team of people passionate about upscale, urban living communities. You will collaborate and interact with 3rd party marketing agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weekly leasing reporting
  • Annual marketing plan
  • Annual budgeting
  • Monthly marketing meeting reporting and package preparation
  • Monthly market study completion
  • Weekly ad source reporting on all active sources
  • Lease-up reporting as requested/assigned
  • Social media comments response
  • Coordinate quarterly shops of all leasing staff
  • Review Craigslist postings weekly for content, accuracy, photos, floorplans, etc.
  • Audit online advertising and websites monthly for accuracy, contact information, current photos, etc.
  • Test all marketing sources monthly
  • Complete a minimum of one comp shop/month (all current markets)
  • Create quarterly e-blast campaigns
  • Write copy and execute prospect e-blasts per campaign frequency
  • Create quarterly resident referral flyers and e-blasts
  • Create and distribute neighborhood outreach flyers and e-blasts monthly
  • New ad setup for all new ILS's
  • Listen to leasing calls weekly and score
  • Updates of all print materials as per budget or needed/requested
  • Ordering fence wraps and banners and coordinating install for lease-ups
  • Weekly social media post highlighting hot unit/loss leader boost as per budget and/or marketing plan
  • Boosted social campaigns based on budget and annual marketing plan
  • PPC Campaign design, execution, refinement and weekly reporting
  • Graphic design (ie, resident referral flyers, site collateral, etc.)
  • Greco branding

Minimum Requirements and/or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (preferred)
  • 2 years of related experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe or other graphic design software
